Hi! I'm Meg Johnson, founder of OrganizeHER. I'm new to the Phoenix Area (born and raised in Canada) and excited to be putting down roots. I am dedicated to organizing the homes and lives of busy women who want to get the most out of every single day.
Most people don't even know where to start when it comes to de-cluttering and organizing their home. And let's be honest...even if they did know how, they definitely don't enjoy it!
That's where I come in. I happen to LOVE IT! I am unique in this way and always have been. Since I was in grade school I have been a little obsessed with charts and lists, with tidying and rearranging my room (and other rooms in the house when my parents let me). I actually thought that everyone must be the same way because who wouldn't have fun organizing?! But as I grew up I realized that was almost the opposite of true. While everyone loves a clean and tidy space, most people don't know how to make it happen and don't have the time. What they want is for some magical fairy to come in and do it for them. So, I decided to bring my magic wand to the Arizona and transform women's lives by transforming their homes.

So How Does it Work?
Side-by-Side or Fairy Godmother Service
Some women prefer to work along side me as we make decisions together, Side-by-Side. Others prefer that I show up at their home and make it happen with a "wave of my magic wand", no need for them to be there - Fairy Godmother Service.
Either way, we will start with a 15 minute phone consultation followed by a scheduled 30 minute in-home visit. This is when we will take a look around, discuss your priorities, your lifestyle, and your goals so I can put together an individualized plan for you. We will determine which Services make the most sense for you and schedule your appointment(s).
On your first appointment, even if you select the Fairy Godmother Service, I will generally need you present for the first 30 minutes. This is an important time for me to understand the kinds of things you're okay to throw away or donate, and those you want to keep. After each organizing session there will be some decisions for you to make based on the sorting I have done.
Once all of the decluttering has been competed, I may make suggestions for standard storage solutions like bins, baskets & containers. (included in your Service) We'll make decisions together and I'll shop for your new items and set them up. You'll be amazed at how much space you really have!
I'll finish up with a deep-clean of the newly organized spaces and leave you with some actionable tips and tools to maintain efficient living in your gorgeous home. I'll send you monthly emails to check in and hold you accountable so we can keep your home looking snazzy and make life easier for you. And if you choose the Touch-Up Package - I'll see you again soon!
